It’s March 19.
Today is “National Chocolate Caramel Day.”  Would you rather have the chocolate or the caramel?
Trivial Fact of the Day:   The word chocolate comes from the Aztec word xocolatl, which means “bitter water.”  Sounds appetizing, right?
Interesting Quote of the Day:  “All you need is love.  But a little chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt.”  --Charles M. Schulz  (American cartoonist)
Vocabulary Word of the Day:  glutinous (adjective) – use this descriptive word to describe a substance that is sticky, like glue or like caramel.  What’s the most glutinous mess you’ve ever had to scrub off your hands or off your kitchen counter?
