It’s May 14.
Today—no yolks, please—is National “Dance Like a Chicken Day.”  Can you explain with written words how one might dance chicken-style?

Trivial Fact of the Day:   Miracle Mike (1945-1947) was the name of an actual “celebrity chicken” that survived for eighteen months after his head was cut off.  There is a statue to honor him in his hometown of Fruita, Colorado.

Interesting Quote of the Day:  “The difference between involvement and commitment is like ham and eggs. The chicken is involved; the pig is committed.”  --Martina Navratilova (Czech-American tennis player)

Vocabulary Word of the Day:  atrophy (verb) – this action word means to wither away or decay.  What flowers atrophy the fastest?  What fruits atrophy too fast?
 Wow Wednesday!!!
