It’s May 27.
Today is “
National Sunscreen Day.”  What number S.P.F. would they need to provide astronauts for a trip to the sun?  The Moon?
Trivial Fact of the Day:  The sun is over 300,000 times bigger than the earth. The temperature on the Moon reaches 243° F at midday on the lunar equator. During the night, the temperature falls to -261° F.
Interesting Quote of the Day:  “Every day is a good day to be alive, whether the sun shines or not.”  --Marty Robbins (American singer)
Vocabulary Word of the Day:  profuse (adjective) – use this describing word to describe something that is plentiful or comes in great abundance.  When produce is in season, you find profuse amounts of it at the grocery store.  What specific fruits or vegetables are profuse right now?

Terrific Tuesday!!
