It’s May 30.
Today is “Water a Flower Day.”  What if every person watered a single flower today?  What if we all accidentally watered the same one?

Trivial Fact of the Day:   Tulip bulbs can be substituted for onions in recipes.  The Turks thought tulips looked like upside-down turbans—or tulibandsand that’s where they earned their name.  Nothing to do with two lips at all!
Interesting Quote of the Day:  “Life is the flower for which love is the honey.”  --Victor Hugo (French poet and novelist)
Vocabulary Word of the Day:  rectitude (adjective) – use this word to describe a person (or their attitude) who shows extreme morality (or goodness).  What flowers do you associate with people who demonstrate rectitude behavior?
Downhill stretch. Today we are going to watch Channel One News, read 'Game For Someone' Designed To Be Played 2,700 Years From Now to practice how to write an SAR.  (S - Short A- answer R- Response)
