It’s February 17.
Today is “Random Acts of Kindness Day.”  What is the most random act of kindness you can think of?
Trivial Fact of the Day:   The month of February is named for the Roman god Februus, the god of purification.  Shakespeare called this month Feverelle.

Interesting Quote of the Day:  “Carry out a random act of kindness, with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you.” --Princess Diana (British philanthropist**)

**Vocabulary Word of the Day:  philanthropist (noun) – a person who makes every effort to promote human welfare. Do you know of any local  philanthropists in your community?
