It’s February 18.
Today is “National Battery Day.”  Like the Energizer Bunny, should this day just keep going and going and going?
Trivial Fact of the Day:   Our earth receives 100 lightning strikes per second, or 3.6 billion every year.  At any given time, there are probably 200 thunderstorms happening somewhere on this planet.
Interesting Quote of the Day:  “I bought some batteries, but they weren’t included.”  --Stephen Wright (American comedian)
Vocabulary Word of the Day:  behemoth (noun) – something of tremendous power or size.  In 2012, China built a behemoth of a battery; it is larger than a football field.  How many homes do you think it could power?
Totally Terrific Tuesday!!
