It’s February 19.
Today is “National Chocolate Mint Day.”  What confection** made with chocolate and mint do you prefer?
Trivial Fact of the Day:   Stuntmen use bottles and glass windows made of sugar.

Interesting Quote of the Day:  “A wise woman puts a grain of sugar into everything she says to a man, and takes a grain of salt with everything he says to her.”  --Helen Rowland (American journalist and humorist)

**Vocabulary Word of the Day:  confection (noun) – this word has two acceptable meanings: 1) a sweet dish or delicacy; or  2) an elaborately constructed thing, especially one that isn’t necessary.  Have you ever seen a building or piece of furniture that might be called a confection?
